Fun crossword puzzles. You don't have to see a lot of ads. The puzzles vary in difficulty by easy, normal, and hard. There's also letter crosswords where each word starts with the letter for that particular puzzle. I've been enjoying this app for awhile and cannot find anything negative about it.

The first Android word game I have truly and consistently enjoyed in many years. I am not pestered by ads (though they do exist in the game, thus far, my use of clues is sparse, vso I have not seen many). Clues are logical (some crosswords provide poorly written clues; these are good). Wide range of difficulties to choose from. Enjoyable and simple UI/UX. Good sound options. Settings are easy to manage. All around exceptionally enjoyable game.

Seemingly one of a kind. 6 different categories of easy, medium, hard, very hard, letter (interesting) and themed. Only ads are for hints in my experience. Ads last about 20-30 seconds, but as I said only play when you want hints. Hints come easy enough from completing puzzles, but I've found I still need a lot of them since I don't play a lot of crosswords due to ads autoplaying on other apps.
